Born in North Canton, Christopher attended North Canton Hoover where he played football, basketball and ran track. After high school, Christopher attended the University of Akron where he received a major in Business Finance with a concentration in financial planning and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Christopher joined C.H. Vallos & Associates after graduating Akron in 2007 and is fully licensed in all lines of insurance. Christopher is currently one of the agency Vice Presidents.

Born in North Canton, Jim attended North Canton Hoover where he played basketball and golf. After high school Jim attended the University of Akron and joined C.H. Vallos & Associates directly out of college. Jim enjoys traveling down south with his family and friends and playing golf. Jim was licensed in 1998 and is currently one of the agency Vice Presidents.

Licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty, Steve serves as an in house solicitor. Steve also has specialized in the production of Life & Annuity products for over 30 years.

Stella was born in Patterson, NJ and moved to Canton, OH when she was 16 years old. She married the love of her life, Chris H. Vallos (agency president) in 1970 and had their first child James Vallos, who is currently an agency vice president, in 1971. Chris & Stella then had their second child, Christopher, who is also an agency Vice president, in 1983. Stella passed away unexpectedly in 2022. Stella was a pillar in the community and was adored by everyone who knew her. Her family was her life where she thoroughly enjoyed watching her sons play athletics at North Canton Hoover along with watching her granddaughter (Ariana) play volleyball at Hoover as well. Stella was not only the matriarch of the family but also our agency. Her picture will always remain on our website.

Janet Keolbe is a CSR with a license for Property & Casualty Insurance. She is well versed in Commercial Lines, selling and servicing both Commercial and Personal Insurance. Licensed in 1972, Janet has been with our agency since 1989.

Jason has been in the insurance industry since 2009. He grew up in North Canton and is a Hoover High School graduate. After attending Hondros College in 2009, he obtained his insurance licenses for Accident & Health, Variable, Life, Property, and Casualty insurance products. The majority of his focus is currently on personal Lines & Small Commercial accounts. He has been with the C.H. Vallos & Associates Agency Inc. since March of 2018.

Krista is a graduate of Fairless High School. She joined C.H. Vallos & Associates in 2016 as a personal lines account manager and was one of four statewide recipients of Hanover Insurance Company’s “Service of Excellence” award in 2018. Krista enjoys spending quality time with her family where she adores her two children.

Debbie is a graduate of North Canton Hoover and is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent. Debbie has been in the insurance industry since 1985 and is a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Debbie joined the agency in 2022.

Shannon graduated from Kent State University in 2007 with a Major in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology. She joined the agency in 2023 and is currently in charge of Accounting and Accounts Receivables. Shannon has been in the insurance industry since 2007.

Katy graduated from Hiram University in 2003 with a Major in Marketing. She is a Licensed Property & Casualty Agent and serves as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Katy joined the agency in 2023 and has been in the insurance industry since 2017.

Allison is a graduate of Kent State where she Majored in Public Relations. Allison joined the agency in 2024 and is a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Sean is a graduate Malone University and has been a local business professional for the past two decades. He is a Licensed Property & Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Agent. Sean is an Account Executive and specializes in Personal and Small Commercial Insurance. Sean joined the Agency in 2022.

Born in Texarkana, Texas Kristen moved to Ohio in 2017. Kristen Joined C.H. Vallos & Associates in 2024 and has been a licensed agent since 2010. Kristen is an animal lover and also loves to go shopping.

Growing up in Canton and a graduate of Jackson High School, Kristin was a member of the Jackson marching band. Kristin joined C.H. Vallos & Associates in 2025 and has been licensed since 2009. She has a son that she adores and was recently married in 2025. Kristin enjoys spending time with her son and having fun nights out with her husband.
